To provide secure access to the A3 Vault, we utilize Google Authentication. When you log in, we collect your basic profile information (Email Address, Name, and Profile Picture) strictly to create and secure your isolated digital passport environment. We do not use this information for marketing purposes.
The A3 Vault requires temporary access to your device's camera to scan equipment nameplates. Images captured are temporarily stored securely on Google Cloud Storage for the sole purpose of AI extraction. Once the AI extracts the relevant data (Brand, Model, Serial Number), the image is linked to your personal vault.
All extracted asset data is stored in Google Firestore. Data is strictly siloed; users can only access information tied to their specific Google User ID. Answer3 Solutions does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or asset data to any third parties.
We utilize Google Cloud (Firebase, Firestore, Storage) and Google Generative AI (Gemini) to process and store your data. By using the A3 Vault, you agree to the processing of your data through these secure enterprise infrastructure providers.
