What is Answer3 Vault?
Answer3 Vault is a free iPhone app for homeowners. Photograph the nameplate on a furnace, air conditioner, water heater, appliance or pool pump, and it saves the brand, model, serial number and age, plus the exact filters and replacement parts for that unit.
How much does Answer3 Vault cost?
Standard is free, with 3 AI assets and 10 AI scans and no time limit. PRO is $5 a month or $50 a year for one home, with 25 AI assets, 40 AI scans and the Quantum AI assistant. Manager Fleet is $50 a month for unlimited properties. Manual entries are unlimited on every plan.
What equipment can it scan?
Anything with a manufacturer nameplate: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, tank and tankless water heaters, boilers, refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, pool pumps, pool heaters and filters.
Why does AI scanning need my location?
AI scans are tied to your home's address so each unit is saved to the right property. If you keep location off, you can still add equipment by hand, and manual entries are unlimited.
Does my service pro see my information?
Only when you ask. Tapping Request Service sends that unit's brand, model, serial, age, the issue and a nameplate photo to the pro you choose. Nothing is sent otherwise.
Who is Answer3 Vault for?
Homeowners. PRO covers one primary address. Owners of more than one property, such as landlords and second-home owners, can upgrade in the app to Manager Fleet, which adds unlimited properties.
